BTS has surpassed 700 million views in 'FAKE LOVE' music video

The music video for group BTS' "FAKE LOVE" has surpassed 700 million views.

The music video for "FAKE LOVE," the title track of BTS' third full-length album LOVE YOURSELF 轉 "Tear," released in May 2018, exceeded 700 million views at 6:14 p.m. on May 24. It surpassed 600 million views in October, followed by 700 million views in seven months, showing solid popularity.

This marks BTS' third career 700 million-view music video following "DNA" and "Boy With Luv (Feat. Halsey)."

The music video for "FAKE LOVE" expresses the dark parting emotions faced by BTS after realizing false love. The colorful sets and sophisticated visuals are impressive.

LOVE YOURSELF 轉 Tear, which contains "FAKE LOVE," has been on the chart for 15 consecutive weeks, following being the first Korean singer to top the Billboard main album chart "Billboard 200." "FAKE LOVE" also received much love around the world, succeeding in charting for six consecutive weeks, starting with 10th place on Billboard's main single chart "Hot 100." In addition, it was recognized for its value by winning the Song of the Year award and the Best Pop Song award at the 16th Korea Popular Music Awards held in February 2019.

In addition, BTS has 900 million views on "DNA," 700 million views on "Boy With Luv (Feat. Halsey)," 600 million views on "Fire," "MIC Drop" remix "IDOL," 500 million views on "Dumb," "Save ME" and "Not Today," 400 million views on "Save Me" and "The Blood Sweat Tears," and 400 million views.
