What are the shipping costs?

Free Shipping is our default option, but paid other options for paid shipping vary in costs, depending on your exact location and shipping option. Whenever possible we try to absorb the shipping cost in order to provide to you a free shipping service, where you shall not see any unexpected added costs at the checkout or final payment screen.

Will my order arrive in one or several separate deliveries (if I order more than 1 item)?

We ship your orders from various international warehouses (US, UK, Canada, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand and China).

Our stock is spread out over multiple fulfillment centers in order for them to get to you faster. This means orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually. You may receive one item before the next. Please don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once, as they are on the way. How is my order shipped?

We ship orders oversea by mail service. After finishing processing your order, we shall send it to the shipping company and it shall then be completely handled by them. After arriving in your country, it will be handled by your country's internal postal service.

How much time take will it take to deliver my order?

Typically delivery takes 2-4 weeks. Please also refer to the full Tracking details FAQ page 'How to Track my Order'

Please be aware that for logistical reasons, we may ship out your orders in separate packages, where you shall therefore receive more than one tracking reference (one per package sent).

In some very rare cases, your country's customs service may impose an import duty based upon the type of product or cost of product that was ordered and delivered. This is very rare, however, some countries and more likely than others to apply an import customs duty, notable Germany is particularly renowned for adding extra taxes.

However, as advised, this is extremely rare, and the vast majority of deliveries are processed with no additional customs import taxes applied, due to the bi-lateral, world trade and regional trade agreements signed by most countries for global trade rules.
