1. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries, except South Africa, Colombia, Argentina and a select few.

3. How long does it take to receive my order?
It takes 2-5 days to process and dispatch your order. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email that contains the tracking number. You can use this number to keep track of your package until it arrives.
The estimated shipping time will be shown during checkout. It usually takes 2-3 weeks for US & some European customers to receive their orders, whereas other international customers will receive their orders within 3-6 weeks.

Our free shipping service usually takes between 12-20 days after your order has been registered and processed. We provide customers with a purchase protection guarantee valid for 30 days from the day of your order. Our policy concerns goods not received or damaged with 100% refund of your order.
Should you, for whatever reason, receive only a partial delivery (where some items of your entire order have not been delivered) we shall refund only the entire value of the missing products.

5. When will I receive my shipment confirmation and tracking number?

7. Are these items the official merchandise?
No. As a fan of K-Pop, we are making these products so that all the fans from around the globe can express their love for their favorite K-Pop groups using these fan-made items.
8. My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some logistics companies, it usually takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to get updated on their system. If 5 days has passed and you are still getting the same message, please do not hesitate to contact us at justin@musthavemall.com
9. What about possible customs or local delivery fees?
We are not responsible for any Customs fees or local delivery charges as these fees are charged by your country. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may incur Customs or delivery fees when they arrive at your country.
10. Will I receive all the items in a single package?
Depending on the availability of the ordered items, they may be shipped in different packages.
