Following the closure of BTS’ fifth anniversary celebrations in June, the septet has announced another event this summer and follow-up details are now available.
BTS is presenting an exclusive exhibition dubbed “2018 BTS Exhibition ‘24,7=Serendipity (Five, Always),’” which marks the group’s second exclusive exhibition after 2015’s “Butterfly Dream.” The “Five, Always” part is stylized as “O, neul” in Korean -- a play on words that also translates to “today.” This is elaborated on by the slogan “today that connects the past and the future.”
The promotional posters released on the group’s social media accounts on June 14 feature BTS members posing candidly in black-and-white photos with transparent yellow typography that reads “Five, Always” over it.
Set to take place from Aug. 25 to Oct. 28 at ARA Art Center in Jongno-gu, Seoul, the exhibition will showcase previously unseen photos of BTS members at work, and photographic and video work by BTS members. The large-scale exhibition is staged on five of the art center's nine floors and also promises an interactive visitor experience.
Online ticket sales will open Tuesday via Interpark. Priced at 18,000 won, ticket sales are limited to two per person. Special discounts are offered to those who have been members of the band’s official fan club since its recruitment in 2013.
